Planning a destination wedding in Salento from abroad raises a few questions about music that rarely come up with local couples. Here are the ones we get asked most often by international couples.
Do you play in English / for an international guest list?
Yes. Our repertoire already mixes classical, international pop and film music, and we communicate in English throughout the planning process – by email or WhatsApp.
Can we book and pay from abroad, before travelling to Italy?
Yes. We confirm the booking with a deposit paid remotely (bank transfer), with the balance due closer to the wedding date or on the day itself, whichever you prefer.
We are getting married at a masseria / beach venue we have never visited. How does that work?
We work with masserie and beach venues across Salento regularly, and in most cases we already know the venue or can visit in advance. We coordinate directly with your wedding planner or venue coordinator on technical details: power availability, setup time, and a backup plan in case of wind or rain for outdoor ceremonies.
What if we only have a few days in Salento before the wedding?
That is the norm for most of our international couples. We handle repertoire selection, technical details and logistics remotely in the weeks before, so that in person there is little left to organise beyond a short soundcheck on the day.
Do you learn songs that are not in your usual repertoire?
Often, yes – if you let us know well in advance. Send us the song and we will confirm whether we can learn it for your ceremony or reception.
How far in advance should we book?
For popular dates between May and September, we recommend reaching out 6-12 months in advance, especially if your wedding is at a well-known masseria or coastal venue.
